Semi-automatic Hybrid Lipstick Production Line
LCHA12 is a semi-auto lipstick production machine including oil spray, mold preheat, filling, cooling, and bullet-release units.
Process flow: manually takes the mold and put in oil spray unit→manually takes the mold and put in pre-heat unit→filling→cooling→manually take off the top mold→bullet-release.
Features
- Compatible for both silicone rubber molds and metal molds.
- 1 to 1 pulverization nozzles sticking into the molds for oil spray.
- Using the heating plate to ensure the molds are heated evenly. Also have hot air blow functions, efficient for pre-heating and drying.
- 15L double-jacked heating bulk tank with stirring function, temperature stirring speed controllable.
- Piston type shaft and valve design filling system, filling 12 pcs at a time.
- The cooling tunnel that blows cold air from top to bottom, efficient for cooling the metal and silicone molds.
- Automatic air blow bullet-release system, can select either open or vacuum system for metal or silicone molds.
- User-friendly HMI with touch panel.
