Semi-auto Pans Loading Machine
AAOI uses pneumatic cylinders and electric cylinders to pick and place pans into the pressing mould.
Applicable for square, rectangular, and round pans.
Production flow: Pans feeding→Auto picking and loading pans→manually placing pans into the mould.
Features
- The bowl feeder has a sensor, can detect the amount of pans and automatically feed. Help reduce operator’s work loading.
- Easy to use HMI.
- Fixtures adjustable, quick and easy changeover between different sizes of pans.
- CE-certified light curtains to detect and stop the round table motioning when operator is working to avoid injuries. At the same time the pick and place motion continues and reduces waiting time.
- Easy to use manual suction, the supporting arm increases the working area.
