Cooling Tunnel
C5P is a 5 ton tunnel type chiller with conveyors used to cool cosmetic products after hot filling.
Procedure: put the hot filling products on the conveyor→cooling→products exiting the tunnel
Features
- The cooling area length is 2.5 meters, the conveyor length is 3.5 meters.
- With no hot air source interference, temperature can meet -15~-20°C in 15 minutes.
- With 4 inches fans, better effect for cooling.
- Using environmental friendly refrigerant R507, or can use other refrigerant according to the customer's requirements.
