Features
- Auto powder loading device, allow less powder pollution, can uniform the powder loading, quantity is adjustable. Suitable for different kinds of powders.
- Auto ribbon device.
- Easy for operating the device on the HMI and adjust the route precisely.
- 3 stages of pressing: low, medium and high-pressure press. Each stage presses for 3 times, time interval and pressure can be individually adjusted for increasing the product quality.
- Air exhaust time adjustable.
- The mould module can be saved in advance, and select when production, help save the setting time before each production.
- The parameters are encrypted for avoiding error editing and deleting.
- Auto mould release device.
